How hosting in Indonesia works
There are four steps. Apply online at least three weeks before travel. Explera reviews and answers within five business days. If approved, you sign the agreement in the creator portal and post your pre-trip announcements. Then you travel in Indonesia and publish your coverage within 30 days of your last travel day.

Tell us about your channel, your audience, your blog or website and the trip you have in mind.

We verify reach, engagement and audience geography, then give you an answer either way.

Step 3: Agreement
Inclusions, dates, deliverables and disclosure wording, agreed and signed before anything is booked.

Step 4: Travel & publish
Announce the trip before you go, then publish within 30 days of your last travel day, tagging @expleradmc.
1. Apply
Tell us about your primary channel, your blog or website, your audience and the Bali or Jakarta experiences you want to cover. Apply at least three weeks before your dates; the form warns you if they are sooner.
2. Review in five business days
We verify your channel and audience and reply within five business days, counted on the Indonesian business-day calendar. If we need more from you, the clock pauses until you answer in the portal and restarts when you do.
3. Agreement and pre-trip posts
Approved creators sign the agreement in the portal. Before travelling you upload proof of travel insurance and publish two announcements tagging @expleradmc: a social post and a blog post on your own site. Both are verified before the trip starts.
4. Travel and publish
You fly to Bali or Jakarta at your own cost; we meet you at the airport and run the programme on the ground. Deliverables are due within 30 days of your last travel day, submitted in the portal with URLs and screenshots.
Scheduling needs at least one week after the agreement is signed. Book your own flights only once the dates in your itinerary are confirmed.
