Deliverables & disclosure

Deliverables and disclosure

Typical Indonesia deliverables are a pre-trip social and blog announcement, a blog post with a do-follow link to the Explera page, a YouTube mention or segment, and at least three Instagram reels or story sets tagging @expleradmc with the venue geotag. Everything is disclosed, due within 30 days of travel and proven in the portal.

What do I post before the trip?

After approval and before your first travel day: a social post announcing that you are travelling to Indonesia with Explera, tagging @expleradmc, and a blog post on your own site announcing the trip with a link to the agreed Explera page.

What do I publish after the trip?

  • A blog post on your own site with a do-follow link to the Explera page for the experience.
  • A YouTube mention or segment, if YouTube is one of your channels.
  • At least three Instagram reels or story sets @mentioning @expleradmc with the venue geotag, for example Uluwatu Temple or Tegallalang.
  • Usage rights for Explera to repost your content with credit, in the scope set by the agreement.

The handle is @expleradmc on Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Threads. Explera has no TikTok account, so TikTok posts carry no Explera tag requirement; the legal disclosure for your audience still applies.

When is it due?

Pre-trip announcements are due before your first travel day. Post-trip coverage is due within 30 days of your last travel day.

How do I prove it?

Submit each deliverable in the creator portal with the live URL and at least one screenshot showing the @mention and the disclosure. We keep the screenshots as evidence because posts can be edited later.

How does disclosure work?

The rule follows your audience, not the destination. For Indonesian audiences a clear label such as #iklan or a line like Perjalanan ini disponsori oleh Explera DMC is indicative. For UK audiences the ASA and CAP Code apply; for US audiences the FTC Endorsement Guides. The exact wording for your collaboration is written into your agreement.

Explera never scripts or pre-approves your content. We check only the agreed tags, links and disclosure, and may ask for a factual correction such as a safety detail or opening hours.
